東京梅三昧 【小石川植物園編 Koishikawa Botanicak Garden】 Mar 20 2012

 

2012年3月20日は久々に快晴だった。東京都内各所では梅が綺麗に咲いており、今回は4箇所を歩いたが今回は小石川植物園をレポートする。
I am going to report Koishikawa Botanicak Garden.

【小石川植物園 Koishikawa Botanicak Garden】

入り口から直ぐに左方向へ200m程歩くと梅林がある。
梅は桜に比べて花数が少なく、群生していても

ちょっと地味な存在だが、一つ一つを丹念に見てゆくと

色合い、花の種類などが非常に多岐に渡る。

また直接匂いをかいでもあまり強く匂わないが、

木の下にいると時折向こうから話しかけるように

品の良い匂いを発する。
この品の良い匂いはなんて表現していいか分からない。
なんとなくだが、

梅の木は自分が必要だと思った時だけ

匂いを出して興味を惹こうとしているように思えた。

There are apricot trees in the garden.Flowering was delayed one month than usual.I could smell sweet, soft and elegant scent around these trees.They do not diffuse its scent all the time. It seems that they diffuse when they think they need to.

「鶯隠し」という木で

10羽程度が飛び交っていた。

「玉英」という品種
It is called as the Queen of England.




「扇流し」という粋な名前の品種
Called as a floats folding fans.

代表的品種の白加賀。
この品種は湧き出るようなエネルギーを感じる。

羽根木公園でも沢山見ることが出来る品種だ。
White Kaga. I like it.




「梅桜」という品種。

花が大きくて素敵です。
It is called as a apricot cherry.

八重松嶋という品種。V字である。
V letter apricot.
It is called as Yae-matsusima island.

園内で咲いていた寒桜。満開だった。
